Use of Website

• You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• You must not use the site to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Content (text, images, logos) is owned by Shubh Celebration or licensors and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Services & Bookings

• Our services (venue, decor, catering, hospitality, entertainment, and full event management) are subject to availability and specific agreements.
• Enquiries and bookings may require a consultation, proposal, and written confirmation. A booking is binding only when confirmed in writing and any advance or deposit is paid as per our communicated terms.
• Pricing and packages are indicative until a formal quote is issued. Quotes may be valid for a limited period.

Payments & Cancellation

• Payment terms (advance, instalments, final payment) will be specified in your booking agreement.
• Cancellation and refund policies will be clearly stated in your contract. Cancellation by the client may attract charges as per the agreed terms.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure). In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or refund as per our policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shubh Celebration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our liability for direct loss in connection with our services shall be limited as set out in your service agreement. We recommend appropriate insurance for your event.

Third-Party Vendors

We work with venues, caterers, decorators, and other vendors to deliver your event. Their own terms and policies may apply. We coordinate and facilitate but are not responsible for the independent acts of third-party vendors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
